Many second home insurance policies carry restrictions - insisting upon the property being furnished for habitation, being visited every 7–14 days and not left unoccupied for periods of consecutive days... Diamond Home Managers can provide fully-documented regular security visits to satisfy both these insurance requirements and your own concerns.
Alarm Response: In the unfortunate event of the alarm being activated, we send response units to the property and, if relevant, call the police and inform you immediately. We will also arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out and remain at your property until such time as it is secure and the alarm re-set.
As you will no doubt know, attempting to co-ordinate maintenance, repairs and installations from out of the area can become a nightmare scenario of rogue traders and unfinished or sub-standard work...
As such, our services may also be utilised for sourcing and granting tradesmen entry for regular maintenance or scheduled servicing of appliances - and ensuring the work is completed on time and to your required standards.
We can even co-ordinate deliveries - from groceries before you arrive to new furniture... Just think, you no longer need to use valuable annual leave to welcome the arrival of your new sofa!
